WEBSITES, VIDEO AND PROCESS

Clear answers before you decide

Find information about website creation, video production, publishing, maintenance, revisions and technical support.

Websites

What is included in a website created by Movozia?

Scope depends on the selected plan. The proposal identifies the included pages, services, gallery, contact options, location, mobile adaptation, publishing and technical components.

Do I need to buy the domain and hosting separately?

Not when they are included in the selected plan. The proposal states the covered period, renewal conditions and any future cost that may apply.

Will the website work on mobile and tablet?

Yes. The responsive design adapts the structure, text, images and buttons to the main screen sizes.

Can I change text or photographs after publication?

Yes. Updates can be requested through a maintenance plan or assessed separately, depending on the type and scale of the change.

How long does it take to create a website?

It depends on the plan, available content and project complexity. The schedule is confirmed in the proposal after we review the material and business objectives.

Video

What type of photographs work best for video?

Professional, sharp, well-exposed photographs with good resolution. The better the original material, the better the final result.

How many photographs should I send for the video?

It depends on the plan and the space. A set covering the main areas is usually enough to build a coherent sequence.

Does the video change the space or invent elements?

No. We work from the existing photographs without adding furniture, people or changes that are not present in the original image.

Which video formats do I receive, and can I use them in ads?

You receive vertical and/or horizontal formats depending on the plan. Files can be used on websites, social media, messaging and paid campaigns, subject to each platform's rules.

Is voice-over required?

No. It is an optional extra. The video can be delivered with music and on-screen text only.

Purchasing, languages and partnerships

Can I order only a website or only a video?

Yes. The services can be purchased separately or combined when that is the right fit for the business.

Which languages do you work in?

European Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Do you work with photographers and agencies?

Yes. A white-label option is available for partners who want to present the work under their own brand.

Previews and data protection

How do previews and revisions work?

The website is shown in a private preview and the video in a review version. The proposal states which adjustments are included before publishing or final delivery.

How are submitted content and data protected?

Materials are used only to complete the contracted work and are not shared with third parties without permission, except technical providers required to deliver the service.

Domain, maintenance and continuity

Do I have to create technical accounts?

No. You don't need accounts on technical platforms, and you never configure hosting or DNS. Movozia handles that side.

What happens after the first year?

You can keep the website online through the annual Site Online renewal (€39/year) or choose a monthly maintenance plan that includes content changes.

Is monthly maintenance mandatory?

No. Monthly maintenance is optional and suits businesses that need regular content changes.

Does the site stay online without monthly maintenance?

Yes, as long as the annual domain, hosting and infrastructure renewal is active. That model does not include content changes.

What counts as a change request?

A grouped request bundles small changes sent together: replacing photographs, updating hours, correcting text, changing prices or editing a menu. New features, redesigns or complex integrations are quoted separately.

Can I transfer the domain and the site later?

Yes. You can request the transfer of the domain and files, in line with the service terms and once any outstanding amounts are settled.

Content, Google and growth

Can you use the photographs and information I already have?

Yes, as long as they are yours or you are authorised to use them. We never copy or republish third-party photographs without authorisation.

Can I use Google reviews?

Reviews belong to the platform and their authors. We can prepare the website for properly attributed integrations or for testimonials you have authorisation to publish.

Will the website automatically rank first on Google?

No. We include the technical foundations of local SEO, but search visibility depends on competition, content, domain authority, location and time. We do not guarantee rankings.

Can I add a video later?

Yes. The video service is independent and can be added at any time, from €99.

Do you build online stores or booking systems?

Not in the standard packages. Full e-commerce, bespoke booking systems or advanced integrations require an individual proposal.
