Protection for both sides
The accepted proposal defines scope, price, revisions and payments. Final approval confirms the presented content but does not remove rights concerning technical errors, non-conformity or breach.
What should be confirmed
Preview
Confirmation that you reviewed the website text, images, contact details, structure and other visible elements.
Publication
Express authorisation to put the website online after the preview has been approved.
Domain and external costs
Authorisation for the selected domain and any external cost not already included in the plan.
Final payment
Where payment is staged, final publication depends on confirmation of the amount due at that stage.
How to record approval
Approval should be documented by email, client area or another written channel linked to the project. Silence never counts as approval.
